Chiropractic

Chiropractic adjustments, also known as chiropractic manipulative therapy (CMT), is mechanical thrust into a joint. This treatment is primarily used to improve motion and function in a joint that has lost its normal or optimal motion.

Dry needling treatment involves the insertion of solid (non-hypodermic) needles into the muscle or fascia below the skin. Dr. Michael Woodbury

Dr. Mike is our rehab wizard. Before starting chiropractic school, Dr. Mike worked as a personal trainer and became certified through NASM as a certified exercise specialist. He mostly enjoyed working with high risk clientele.

Dr. Mike practices utilizing the techniques of Motion Palpation Institute, meaning his adjustments are in the line of direction of motion restriction.

Dr. Shelby Woodbury DC

In addition to chiropractic, Dr. Shelby is certified to practice dry needling. What inspired her to begin dry needling was its ability to get to the source of tissue injury/pain and provide immediate relief.
